Nichole Farrington, LCSW
Nichole is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology with concentrations in Mental Health and Women’s Studies from Worcester State University. Nichole then went on to complete her first Master’s Degree in Investigative and Forensic Psychology from the University of Liverpool, England. Through her work with children and families she found a passion for clinical work, and returned to school to complete her second Master’s in Social Work from Anna Maria College.
Nichole has worked with families and children in multiple settings, including residential, intensive in-home therapy, and within the school systems. She started her work in residential and intensive in-home services working with families involved with the state. Nichole works in the public school setting supporting students and young adults with their social and emotional needs to help find academic success.
She strives to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that allows her clients to identify goals, barriers and achieve success in their everyday functioning. In addition to being passionate about her work, Nichole likes to crochet and spends time with her dog, Heinz.
